Blueberry, Cashew, Whole-Wheat Pancakes

1 1/3 cup whole-wheat flour

2 tsp baking powder

1/4 tsp salt

Mix these together in a large bowl.

Beat in a small bowl:

1 egg

1 1/3 cup milk

1 tbls brown sugar

1 tbls oil

Add liquid ingredients to dry, stirring only to moisten the dry ingredients. Add 3/4 cup cashews (or to your liking). Once pancakes are on griddle or in pan, add blueberries. Flip when the pancakes are bubbly.
