1 can apricots, cut and drained
1 can pineapple chunks, drained
2 small boxes frozen strawberries
3 or 4 bananas, diced
Place fruit in bowl and toss.
Combine 2 cups sugar and 1 cup water in saucepan. Bring to a boil and cool slightly. Add to fruit.
Line cupcake tins with liners and fill 3/4 full with fruit. Freeze completely.
Makes 12 regular muffin-sized salads.
